RETURNS

We do NOT accept returns on any merchandise.  

EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges, as we cannot guarantee inventory levels. We recommend that you place a new order for the correct color or size.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with the carrier. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
